Beginning to run in 2004, Shahe Bridge to Nanyuan has emerged large area of crack, rutting, pit slot, subsidence, loose and other diseases. Quite a few of drainage facilities, traffic engineering and roadside facilities haskeen demaged so traffic safety cannot be satisfied, the overall rating is poor. In view of actual situation, the aushor puts forward the reasonable effective overhaul construction plan, which can provide references for similar projects.
