摘要
近期以来,各地频频曝光儿童遭受虐待的事件,在社会上引起了广泛的关注,社会各界纷纷对此类事件进行谴责,并就如何扼制虐童事件的发生展开了广泛的讨论。文章对如何遏制虐童事件的发生进行研究,着重探讨虐童立法面临的一些问题。
