摘要
随着"80后"逐渐成为社会生力军,"80后"员工正陆续进入职场,成为企业经营活动中的中坚力量。由于这一代人特殊的成长环境,使得他们的个性、职业价值观等与前辈有明显的不同,给当前的企业管理者带来了巨大的挑战。文章以心理契约理论为基础,结合"80后"员工的个性特征,分析其心理诉求,提出改变传统人力资源管理的模式和策略,以期为企业管理者对"80后"员工实施有效管理提出一些建议。
The post -1980 employees are becoming a major work force in the society, some of whom are pillars of enterprise operation activities. These people differ from their predecessors in personality and professional value, and hence pose a challenge to enterprise managers. Based on the psychological bond theory and the individualities of the post - 1980, this pa- per analyzes their psychological needs and proposes models and strategies for the manage- ment concerned.
