经济全球化背景下的《国际私法学》课程体系及教学方法改革

The Course "International Private Law" in the Context of Economic Globalization: Curriculum and Teaching Method Reform

从贵州民族大学学生的实际出发,通过对目前《国际私法学》的教学需求及教学效果的调查,探讨课程教学中存在的问题,并针对存在的相关问题提出了对策建议,重点是探讨了《国际私法学》的课程体系改革和讨论式、案例式等教学方法在《国际私法学》课程中的可行性及运用方法。

With the undergraduates of Guizhou Minzu University as an example, this paper makes a survey of the teaching needs and effects of the course ＂International Private Law＂, discus- ses the existing teaching problems and proposes some ways for problem solution. Emphasis is laid on the reform of the curriculum and such teaching methods as discussion and case study.
