微创小切口右侧开胸感染性心内膜炎赘生物切除术1例

摘要 1临床资料 患者男性，57岁，2005年曾在外院行小切口主动脉瓣膜置换手术，术后5年频繁发生晕厥就医，多次行心脏超声及增强CT检查均提示升主动脉瘤样扩张，大连市中心医院心脏超声提示：升主动脉宽76mm。
