弹性粘结固定技术治疗外伤松动牙的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨超强纤维带加流动树脂弹性固定夹板在外伤性松动牙复位的效果和相关影响因素。方法:80例(92颗患牙)随机分成实验组40例(48颗),对照组40例(44颗)。实验组使用超强纤维带加流动树脂弹性固定夹板固定患牙,对照组使用牙弓夹板固定法固定患牙。结果:复位固定2~4周后实验组与对照组所有患牙均无松动脱落,但牙周指标牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)经统计学分析,实验组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),牙周指标实验组明显低于对照组;1年后实验组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:应用超强纤维带加流动树脂粘结固定的患牙,牙周指数变化少,患者异物感小;弹性固定使得牙齿有功能性动度,有利于牙周膜愈合,更符合口腔生理,固定时间更短,又能尽快恢复美观等功能。 Objective To explore the effects and related influential factors with belt of strong fibers and flow resin elastic fixed plate in traumatic loose tooth reset. Methods 80 patients with 92 single tooth randomly was divided into two groups: cases of 48 in test group ,cases of 44 in control group. Test group patients used belt of strong fiber and flow resin elastic fixed splinting with teeth,control group patients used dental arch splintage method fixed with traumatic loose teeth. Results Reset fixed after 2N4 weeks test group and control group with all teeth were no loose fall off, but periodontal index gingival index (GI), drain ditch bleeding index (SBI),plaque index (PLI),the statistical analysis, experimental group and control group two groups have significant difference (P〈0.01), experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in periodontal index;1 years group and control group with significant differences between the curative effect,The experimental group had better effects than control group. Conclusion Teeth with belt of strong fiber and flow resin bonding fixed, periodontal index change little, patients" foreign body sensation is small;Elastic fixed make teeth have functional dynamic degree,be helpful for periodontal membrane healing, more in line with oral physiological, fixed time shorter, and the function such as beautiful as soon as possible.
