广东籍青年女性正常人群Ricketts与Andrews侧貌分析法的对比性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对广东籍青年个别正常牙合人群进行Ricketts与Andrews的侧貌对比分析,探讨种两者侧貌分析法是否存在一致性,以便为正畸诊断分析与矫治设计提供理论依据。方法:普查广州地区广东籍青少年3016例,符合样本纳入标准并接受实验的均为女性,共计25例,平均年龄(17.28±1.42)岁,对所有样本进行颜面定点标记后拍摄自然头位下的X线头影测量侧位片。对其进行Ricketts与Andrews的侧貌分析,将测量结果按正常与非正常分别进行计数,对其结果进行配对χ2检验。结果:在25例个别正常牙合的受试者中,Ricketts侧貌分析正常者21例,非正常者4例;Andrews侧貌分析正常者12例,非正常者13例。配对χ2检验结果显示χ2=4.27,P<0.05。结论:Ricketts侧貌分析法与Andrews侧貌分析法的评价结果不同,提示临床鉴别应用。 Objective To investigate the consistency of Ricketts and Andrews profile analysis whether there is consistency,and provide a theoretical basis for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, Methods A total of 25 female teenagers (with an average age of 17.28+ 1.42 years) with normal occlusion were enrolled for this study.Lateral cephalometric X rays were taken under natural head position.After taken Ricketts and Andrews cephalometric analysis,the measurement results were counted by normal and non-normal.Statistical analysis of the differences was done with ~ test. Results 21 individuals shown normal with Ricketts profile analysis,however,only 12 individuals shown normal with Andrews profile analysis(X2=4.27,P〈0.05). Conclusion There may be a certain difference between Ricketts profile analysis and Andrews profile analysis.Due to these differences, orthodontists should follow different diagnostic criteria when making treatment planning.
