显微镜用于早期牙隐裂的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis of early cracked teeth with microscope

目的:判断显微镜诊断早期牙隐裂的效果并对确诊的早期牙隐裂病例进行治疗。方法:应用显微镜结合2.5%的碘酊染色对疑有早期牙隐裂的患牙进行检测,与单独使用2.5%的碘酊染色的诊断效果进行比较,对确诊病例进行治疗。结果:45例患牙(A组)应用显微镜检测出牙隐裂41例,检测准确率91.1%,45例患牙(B组)应用2.5%的碘酊染色检测出牙隐裂31例,检测准确率71.1%。两组经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:显微镜检测诊断牙隐裂的方法有效、快捷,可以避免早期牙隐裂的误诊及漏诊。

Objective To judge the effects of using microscope to diagnosticate early tooth hidden crack. Methods Microscope linking of 2.5% iodine tincture was used to detect the teeth that were doubtful whether they had early tooth crack,compared with those of only being used 2.5% iodine tincture.The teeth that were determined were treated. Results 41 cracked tooth had been found in group A.The accuracy rate was 91.1%.32 cracked tooth was found in group B. The accuracy rate was 71.1%.The stastistical analysis indicated that the results of two groups were significantly different （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The detection of cracked tooth with microscope is effective and fast,which can aviod misdiagnosis and missed cracked teeth.
