锥形束CT和显微超声技术结合EDTA治疗钙化根管的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:评价锥形束CT(Cone beam computed tomography,CBCT),显微超声技术结合乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)处理钙化根管的治疗效果。方法:选择需进行根管治疗的钙化根管患者80例患牙,前牙25颗,后牙55颗,共102例根管。采用CBCT扫描,结合EDTA行根管治疗术,统计成功率。结果:80颗患牙102例根管中,有95例管疏通并完成根管治疗,钙化根管再通成功率为93.1%,其中前牙再通成功率为96.0%,后牙再通成功率为92.2%,根管口及上段再通成功率为100%,中段再通成功率为96.0%,下段再通成功率为83.9%。结论:锥形束CT和显微超声技术结合EDTA是处理钙化根管行之有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate cone beam CT, dental microscopy and ultrasonic instrument combine with EDTA deal with the canal calcification. Methods 102 calcified root canals of 80 teeth that anterior teeth are 25 and posterior teeth are 55 from patents were scanned by CBCT,Then shaped and filled.The last,the success rates were calculated. Results 95 calcified root canals were negotiated,enlarged and obturated with a success rate of 93.1%. The success rate of anterior teeth is 96.0% and the posterior teeth is 92.2% .The success rate of coronal portion of canal is higher then apical of canal. Conclusion The cone beam CT,dental microscopy and ultrasonic instrument and EDTA are proved to be effective in management of calcified root canals.
