11例Behcet病的临床特征和治疗分析

Clinical characteristics and treatment of 11 patients with Behcet's disease

目的探讨Behcet病的临床特点及治疗措施。方法回顾分析11例(22眼)确诊为Behcet病的患者资料,其中5例给予糖皮质激素治疗,6例给予糖皮质激素加免疫抑制剂治疗。结果糖皮质激素治疗组视力下降8眼,维持不变2眼。联合治疗组视力下降2眼,维持不变6眼,提高1行3眼,提高2行1眼。结论眼型Behcet病是一种严重的致盲性疾病,应早期足量地全身应用糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂联合治疗,以避免严重并发症。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment measures of Behcet＇ s disease. Methods We retrospectively studied clinical data of 11 patients （22 eyes） with Behcet＇ s disease. Five patients were treated with glucocorticoids, and six patients were treated with glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants. Results Visual acuity decreased in 8 eyes and unchanged in 2 eyes in glucocorticoid therapy group. Visual acuity decreased in 2 eyes, un- changed in 6 eyes, and improved by 1 line in 3 eyes and by 2 lines in 1 eye in combination therapy group. Conclusion Uveitis in Behcet＇ s disease is a severe blind disease. The combination therapy of early, sufficient and systemic appli- cation of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants might avoid serious consequences.
