核壳橡胶增韧环氧基体树脂的工艺研究

摘要 主要研制了一种核壳橡胶增韧环氧基体树脂,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究其固化反应行为,用流变仪研究了其黏温特性和黏时特性。试验结果表明:基体树脂的凝胶化温度、固化反应温度分别为125℃和180℃,其反应的表观活化能为62.33kJ/mol,反应级数为0.93;其固化工艺参数125℃×1h/180℃×3h,基体树脂的成膜工艺温度为75℃~80℃。 An epoxy matrix resin toughened with Core - shell rubber particles was prepared. Curing reaction behavior of the matrix resin was studied by Differential Scanning Calorimetry method,viscosity - temperature and viscosity - time properties of the matrix resin was measured by rheometer. The results showed that gel temperature and curing temperature were 125℃ and 180℃, respectively,reaction apparent activation energy was 62.33 kJ/mol, reaction order was 0.93 ; Curing process parameter is 125℃ x lh/180℃ x 3h,filming process temperature of the matrix resin is 75℃-80℃.
