组蛋白乙酰化与基因转录的关系 被引量:1

摘要 染色体核心组蛋白乙酰化与基因的激活存在着密切的关系。本文主要介绍了组蛋白乙酰化与基因转录时基本的转录机器和转录激活子的关系,非组蛋白的乙酰化与其激活转录的关系,并例举了一些可能的机理。
