中国低碳建筑发展的对策研究

The countermeasure research of low-carbon building development in China

目前我国正处在工业化、城市化加速发展时期,如何促使我国建筑业节能、环保、绿色、低排放的发展,将是我国建筑业发展的新方向,也是我国经济发展的必然选择。但是我国的低碳建筑却刚刚起步,依然面临着诸如低碳技术水平低、低碳建筑制度的缺失、国家的投入与激励不足、低碳建筑资金问题短缺、社会参与意识薄弱等问题,我国的低碳建筑之路依然任重而道远。结合我国的现状,我国的低碳建筑发展应当更加重视加强低碳科技在建筑领域的应用、促使建筑业结构升级、积极拓宽低碳建筑的融资方式、健全低碳建筑的制度保障、以及促进公众低碳意识形成等几个方面,推进低碳建筑的发展。

At present,China is in a period of accelerating development ofindustrialization and urbanization,and how to promote energy-saving,environmental protection ,green ,low-emission development ,will be the new direction of development of China＇s construction industry,but also the inevitable choice for China＇s economic development.China＇s low-carbon construction has just started,is facing many problems of low levels of low- carbon technologies,the lack of low-carbon construction system,the country＇s investment and insufficient incentives,low-carbon buildings capital shortage problems,weak awareness of social participation.Of the development of low-carbon buildings should pay more attention to strengthen the application of low-carbon tech- nologies in the construction field ,prompting the construction industry structure upgrading,and actively expand the financing of low-carbon buildings,sound system to protect low-carbon buildings,and to promote public awareness of low-carbon formation and several other aspects ,to promote the development of low-carbon buildings.
