学校体育是一种蕴含着价值的实践活动,其教育价值的本质内容是"强体育心",它首先以发展人的身体为基础,并最终促进人的全面发展。在制度化学校领域,体育的教育价值既是实践关系的一种反映,也是教育"培养人"使命的内在关照。在实践上,学校体育需要遵循教育规律,坚持以人为本,才能更好实现其教育价值。

School sport is a practical activity with value in it, and the essence of its educational value is ＂to enhance body and cultivate mind＂. School sport takes the development of body as base and prompts the integrated development of human. In institutionalized school, the educalional value of sport is not only the reflection of practical relation, but also the intrinsic care of ＂euhivating talents＂, as is the mission of education. In practice, school sport should obey educational rules and insist on people -based concept, only thus can it realize its educational value.
