苯酚生产废水中苯系物及其衍生物的测定 被引量:3

摘要 建立了一种可同时测定苯酚生产废水中苯、甲苯、异丙苯、苯酚、甲基苯甲醇、2-苯基-2-丙醇、苯乙酮、2-苯基丙醛和2-苯基-1-丙烯等9种物质的HPLC分析方法。考察了检测波长、流动相配比、流动相流量和柱温等条件对分析结果的影响。实验结果表明,最佳色谱条件为:检测波长210 nm,流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(水)=65∶35,流量1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃。在质量浓度0.05~120.00 mg/L内,各物质的标准工作曲线具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于等于0.999 7,相对标准偏差小于2%(n=7),各物质的最低检出限为0.005~0.009 mg/L,加标回收率为95.0%~105.3%。该方法预处理简单、分析时间短、灵敏度高,可用于苯酚生产废水中苯系物及其衍生物含量的快速检测。 AHPLC method was established to determine the contents of benzene, toluene, cumene, phenol, DL-l-phenethylalcohol, 2-phenyl-2-propanol, acetophenone, 2-phenylpropionaldehyde and 2-phenyl-1-propene in wastewater from phenol production. The influences of wavelength, volume ratio of mobile phase, flowrate and column temperature were investigated. The results indicate that the optimal chromatographic conditions are detection wavelength 210 nm, V(acetonitrile) : V(water) 65 : 35 as the mobile phase, flowrate 1.0 mL/min and column temperature 35 ℃. Under the conditions, in the mass concentration range of 0.05-120.00 mg/L, the standard work curves of the compounds have good linear relationship, the correlation coefficients are more than or equal to 0.999 7, the relative standard deviations are less than 2%(n=7), the minimum determination limits are in the range of 0.005-0.009 mg/L and the average recoveries are in the range of 95.0%-105.3%. This method has the features of simple pretreatment, short analysis time and high sensitivity, and can be used to rapidly detect the contents of benzene series and derivatives in the wastewater.
