Characteristics and procedure of information support in disaster emergency medical rescue

灾害应急医学救援指挥就是在有限时间、有限条件内做出的一系列决策的集合,而决策的科学准确性则依赖于救援过程中的信息保障力度。本文从"四个阶段、一个原则、一个系统"来分析部队实施灾害应急医学救援过程中的信息保障的特点,并分析了信息保障的流程,为部队灾害救援的信息管理提供信息理论依据。

Disaster emergency medical rescue command is the integration of decisions making within limited time and conditions. The scientific and accurate decisions relied on the information support of the rescue process. This thesis analyzed the characteristics of information support during the process of military disaster emergency medical rescue from aspects of ＂four stages, one principle, and one system＂. It also analyzed the procedure of the information support, which provided theoretical basis for the information management of military disaster rescue.
