180例剖宫产并子宫肌瘤切除围术期抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis of Perioperative Use of Antibacterial Agents in 180 Cases of Simultaneous Cesarean Section and Myomectomy in Our Hospital

目的评价医院剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤切除术患者抗菌药物使用情况。方法回顾性调查医院2011年1月至5月剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术患者抗菌药物的应用情况。结果抗菌药物使用率100.00%,以单一用药为主;97.22%的患者为术后用药,97.22%的患者给药疗程大于48 h。结论医院围术期抗菌药物品种选择合理,但用药时机存在一定问题,需加强监督管理。

Objective To evaluate the application situation of perioperative antibacterial agents in the patients with simultaneous cesarean section and myomectomy in our hospital. Methods Perioperative use of antibacterial agents in the patients with simultaneous cesarean section and myomectomy in our hospital from January to May 2011 were retrospectively investigated. Results The use rate of antibacte- rial agents was 100. 00%. Single drug was the most common way. Postoperative medication accounted for 97.22% ;97.22% of patients accepted the antibacterial course of more than 48 h. Conclusion The selection of antibacterial agents is reasonable. The problems exist in the medication timing,which needs to strengthen the supervision and management.
