对近2年我市19家乡镇卫生院4次处方点评结果的汇总分析

Pooled Analysis on Results of 4 Times Prescription Comments among 19 Township Health Centers in Our City for Nearly Two Years

目的探索乡镇卫生院药事管理的科学方法。方法分别在2010年和2011年的6月和12月,每次抽取19个乡镇卫生院当月处方1 500张进行点评,并汇总分析。结果基本药物制度建立后,全市输液使用率、抗菌药物使用率、激素使用率和处方均值均有大幅度下降,处方合格率有所提升。点评中发现药品特别是抗菌药物不合理使用问题突出。结论基本药物制度的建立对基层医院的用药结构和医生的用药行为有着巨大影响,卫生院应建立处方点评制度,促进合理用药。

Objective To explore the scientific method of pharmacy administrations in township health centers.Methods The 1 500 prescriptions each month were extracted for the comments and the pooled analysis from 19 township health centers during June-December in 2010 and 2011 respectively.Results After the establishment of the essential medicines system,the use rates of intravenous transfusion,antibacterial agents and hormones,and average consumption sum of prescriptions were fallen substantially,while the qualified prescription rate was improved.In the comment,the problem of unreasonable antibacterial drug use was prominent.Conclusion The establishment of the essential medicines system has a significant impact on the medication structure in primary level hospitals and doctors′habit of using drug behavior.These hospitals should establish the prescription comment system to promote the rational use of drugs.
