Legislative History of Chinese Agricultural Waste Reclamation

农业废弃物资源化综合利用是一项意义深远的工作。我国是农业大国,每年产生的农业废弃物数量巨大。如果处理不当,就会污染农业和农村的生态环境,给农业生产和农民生活带来损害,危及人民的身体健康。反之,如果适当地进行资源化综合利用,不仅使其成为再生资源,而且有利于生态环境的保护。这就需要通过制定相关的法律法规,最大化地鼓励和引导农业废弃物的资源化综合利用。

Chinese integrated utilization of agricultural waste is a very significant work. China is a big agricultural country, producing very huge amount of agricultural waste each year. If not treated properly, it will pollute the ecosystem of rural areas and cause damage to agricultural production and famers＇ lives, and it will also endanger people＇s body health. On the other hand, if the waste are properly and integratedly utilized, it will not only become renewable resources, but also beneficial to ecosystem protection. So it is necessary to formulate the relevant laws and regulations to maximize encouragment and guidance of integrated utilization of agricultural waste.
