摘要
目的 :探讨经后路寰枢椎侧块螺钉固定治疗寰枢椎脱位的手术方法。方法 :采用后路枢椎侧块螺钉治疗 6例寰枢椎前脱位。结果 :随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,4例肌力完全恢复正常 ,2例肌力基本恢复正常 ,无断钉脱钉现象。结论 :经后路寰枢椎侧块螺钉固定治疗寰枢椎脱位 ,可使寰枢椎达到稳定的状态 。
Objective:To study the operative procedure of posterior transarticular screw fixation for atlantoaxial dislocation. Methods:From December 1996,6 cases of atlantoaxial anterior dislocation with incomplete paralysis were treated by posterior transarticular screw fixation. Results:All cases were followed up for 6～24 months,4 of them having resumed their normal muscle strength completely and 2 basically.No screw was found loose or broken. Conclusion:Posterior transarticular screw fixation provides stability for atlantoaxial joint and is a reliable surgical procedure.
