顺式-4-庚烯醛的合成

摘要 以叶醇为原料,经溴代、格氏、水解三步反应合成了顺式-4-庚烯醛,总得率为52%,产物纯度为96%。在溴代反应中采用吡啶体系,提高了溴化产物收率。对于格氏反应,采用苯、四氢呋喃混合体系,实现了溶剂的循环使用。缩醛水解采用低温、质量浓度为47%甲酸体系,提高了产品质量和收率。 Cis-4-hepten-1-al was synthesized from cis-3-hexenol by bromination, Grignard reaction and hydrolysis. The yield and purity of the target product was 52 % and 96 %, respectively. The pyridine was used for bromination to improve the yield of reaction. The mixture solvent of benzene and tetrahydrofuran was used for Grignard reaction making the solvent recycling. The hydrolysis of acetal was taken by using 47% (mass concentration) formic acid at low temperature, which improved product quality and yield.
