以"牺牲、奉献、创新、争先"为内涵的六安精神是六安人民进行经济社会建设、推进全面实现小康社会的精神支柱。六安精神的形成过程及其内容与皖西革命是密不可分的,皖西革命是六安精神形成的实践基础,六安精神是皖西革命精神的传承和创新。从过程看,皖西革命30年即是六安精神初孕、形成和发展的过程,从内容看,六安精神与皖西革命精神具有内在的一致性。以历史视角来解读六安精神有利于我们更深入地认识其本质,更好地发挥其作用。

Liu＇an spirit connotation of ＂sacrifice, dedication, innovation and intention for the first place＂ is the spiritual pillar of Liu＇an people to develop economy and society, and realize the well-off society. The formation process and contents of Liu＇an spirit are inseparable with Wanxi revolution, which is the practice foundation of Liu＇an spirit. Liu＇an spirit is the inheritance and innovation of Wanxi revolutionary spirit. Looking from the process, the 30 years of Wanxi revolution is the early pregnancy, formation and development process of Liu＇an spirit. Looking from the content, Liu＇an spirit and Wanxi revolution has internal consistency. From historical perspective to interpret Liu＇an spirit will help us to understand more deeply its essence, and will better play its role.
