河南高校中外合作办学本科项目现状及政策建议

Research on the Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Program in Henan Higher Educational Institutions

近年来,河南高校中外合作办学的本科项目和学生数量不断增加,办学模式日益成熟。因办学实力和专业设置等因素影响,高校生源冷热不均,学生学习费用有一定差异。同时,个别项目在办学过程中也出现一些问题。今后,应积极引进优质教育资源,提高办学层次,合理布局办学项目,构建具有时代特征的河南高等教育对外开放新格局。

in recent years,the sino-foreign cooperative education programs and student numbers have ever been increasing,and university running modes become much more mature.Due to the different advantages and major settings,the number of the students and the tuition in different universities are different.There are also some problems to be solved in certain programs.High-quality educational resources should be introduced,the university running level should be improved,the programs should be reasonably laid out,and new patterns of the cooperations should be constructed in the future.
