开放大学少数民族远程教育教学平台建设研究——以蒙汉双语教学平台建设为例

Research on the Building of Teaching Platform for Distance Education of Ethnic Minorities in the Open University System——The Case of Building Bilingual Teaching Platform in Mongolian and Mandarin

开放大学的办学理念是"将优质教育资源输送到广大农村、边疆和少数民族地区,实现人人时时处处可学",这就要求通过现代信息技术支撑,在开放的条件下,能够满足多样性、差异性教育需求,在远程开放教育教学中呈现开放性、民族性、地域性的特点,观照我国不同地区、不同民族文化多元性的特征。少数民族远程开放教育的网络教学环境建设、教学平台建设、资源建设存在的问题与面临的困难更多,因此,厘清问题,找出对策,具有重要的现实意义。

The idea behind open university is ＂to take quality education resources to the vast rural, border and minority areas, and make it reality that everyone can learn anywhere at any time＂. This requires distance education, by modern information technology support in the open condition, to meet the various education needs, showing openness, ethnic, regional characteristics, concerning cultural diversity for different regions and different nationalities in China. Yet there exist more problems and difficulties in building network teaching environment, teaching platform and teaching resources for minority regions. So it is very important to sort out the problems and find the solutions to them.
