学习型社会下四川开放大学师资队伍建设研究——基于2006—2010年的数据来源

Study of Faculty Construction in Sichuan Open University under Learning Society Environment——Based on Statistic Datum of 2006-2010

基于四川电大系统2006—2010年的教师数量、年龄情况、职称结构、学科构成等数据的调查,以招生数量、招生学科分布等分析为基础,对将来四川开放大学师资队伍建设进行研究,发现要顺利转型为开放大学,四川电大系统必须增加专任教师的数量,引进和培养学科急需的人才,改善教师职称、学历和年龄结构,以及加大双师型教师的培养力度。

On the basis of the datum of the survey about the number, age, professional qualification structure of faculty in Sichuan RTVU from 200fi to 2010, based on the analysis of the number and discipline distribution of enrolment of the students, the study of faculty construction of Sichuan RTVU system finds out that if it wants to transform into an open university, it must increase the number of full-time teachers, introduce urgently needed talents, improve teachers＇ professional qualifications, educational lev- el and age structure, increase efforts in training double-qualified teachers.
