摘要 课程教学改革是我国高职教育教学创新的核心,也是提高人才培养质量的基础。河北电大高职学院对《餐饮服务》这门课程从制订科学的课程标准、加强高职教材建设、创新课程考核方式、改善教学教法等几个方面进行改革,收到了理想的教学效果,得到了酒店企业、学生和家长的认可,为培养社会需要、企业欢迎的高素质、技能型酒店人才打下了良好的基础。 Teaching reform is the core of innovation in Chinas higher vocational education, which is also the basis for improving the quality of talent training. The vocational college course of "Catering Service" has been reformed in different aspects as making scientific curriculum standards, strengthening the construction of teaching materials, innovating curriculum evaluation mode, improving teaching method, which received ideal teaching effect, and got approval from hotel business, college students and their parents. It has laid a good foundation for the training of socially needed, high-quality welcomed by enterprises and skilled hotel business personnel.
