基于改进遗传算法的高职教师工作量综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Vocational Teachers Workload Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm

针对高等职业院校教师工作的特殊性,给出了高等职业院校教师工作量综合评价的指标体系,系统地分析了高等职业院校教师工作量综合评价的指标要素,应用层次分析法和模糊数学相关知识建立了高等职业院校教师工作量综合评价的数学模型,在确定各评价指标权重时应用了改进的遗传算法,降低了评价的人为因素干扰,使决策的科学性和精确程度更高.

According to the particularity of teachers in higher vocational colleges,the index systems of evaluating teacher workload was given,the factors of evaluation model were analyzed systematically.Using hierarchy analytic process and fuzzy set knowedge,the mathematics model of evaluating teacher workload in higher vocational colleges was built,an improved genetic algorithm was applied for determining the weights of evaluation indicators,it may reduce man-made interference,to raise scientific and accurate of decision.
