摘要
本文介绍了便携式PLC汽车仪表总成检测台的设计原理与方法.通过分析汽车仪表的结构原理,再根据汽车仪表总成检测工艺要求,利用PLC本体、辅助单元和扩展单元提供各类检测信号,从而检测仪表的各项性能指标.本课题设计的便携式PLC汽车仪表总成检测台,备有多种信号源,体积小、重量轻,占用的资源少,能够提高仪表检测的工作效率,有较高的信价比,有很好的应用前景.
A portable PLC automobile instrument assembly design principle and method of test bench was introduced.First the structure principle of automobile instrument was analysed,then according to the automobile instrument assembly detection process requirements,using PLC ontology,auxiliary unit and the extension unit,all kinds of detection signal were provided,various performance indicators of instrument was measured.Portable PLC assembly test bench of being designed have many kinds of signal source,small volume,light weight and to take few resources,the working efficiency of the instrument detection can be improved,to have high price ratio and good application prospect.
