目的 分析 X-刀立体定向放射神经外科治疗颅内疾病的疗效 .方法 用 CT薄层连续扫描图像定位 ,采用 BRW立体定向坐标系统 ,Radionics RSA- 3型 X-刀治疗计划系统 ,Philips SL - 75 - 14医用电子直线加速器 ,对 5 10例颅内疾病患者实施 X-刀治疗 .结果 平均随访时间为 15 (3～ 36 ) mo,其中多数病例在治疗后 1～ 6 mo出现明显的症状改善和影像学检查显示病灶缩小或消失等改变 .结论 合理选择适应症 ,采用 X-刀立体定向放射神经外科技术治疗颅内疾病 ,是一种安全。

AIM To ascertain the effectiveness of X knife stereotactic radioneurosurgery on intracranial lesions. METHODS Within a three year period, 510 cases of X knife treatment were taken, using the standard axial serial CT scan for stereotactic localization. The target was localized by the BRW coordinate system, Radionics RSA 3 X knife treatment planning system was adopted to make plan, and Philips SL 75 14 Linac was used to produce X ray. RESULTS After treatment, follow up ranged 3~36 mo (mean 15 mo), during which most of the patients showed improvements within 1~6 mo. CONCLUSION It has been proved that, if the indications were strictly controlled, the X knife treatment for intracranial lesions might be an effective, economical and reliable methods.
