摘要
ERP软件选型是ERP项目管理中的重要内容.本文介绍选型流程及相应的层次分析方法,并基于国家标准质量模型,构建了具有五层结构的ERP软件供应商的选择模型,通过案例,运用AHP方法确定各层元素的权重.实践证明:该解决方案简单易行,可以有效地将定性分析转化为定量分析.
ERP selection is the important content of ERP project management. This paper presents the selection procedure and the analytic hierarchy process approach based on the national standard of quality model. The selection model of five - layer structure for the ERP software supplier was established. Through cases and examples, AHP method was used to determine the weighing of each layer of element. The practice showed that the program was workable and effective to change the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
