摘要
目的 探讨 Tenascin和 Ki- 6 7在不同级别人脑胶质瘤细胞表达情况 ,分析它与胶质瘤细胞的侵袭相关性 .方法 采用原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法 ,检测不同级别人脑胶质瘤组织5 0例中 Tenascin和 Ki- 6 7表达 ,以细胞核增殖抗原 Ki- 6 7阳性细胞数分析胶质瘤细胞的增殖情况 .结果 胶质瘤与其增生血管内皮细胞均表达 Tenascin,Tenascin基因表达与肿瘤细胞增殖指数呈显著正相关 ,随胶质瘤恶性程度提高 ,Tenascin和 Ki-6 7表达均增强 .结论 Tenascin在人脑胶质瘤组织有异常表达 ,它可能是刺激肿瘤细胞恶性增殖和血管新生的重要因素 ,在人脑胶质瘤侵袭性生长中起重要作用 。
AIM To investigate the expression of tenascin and Ki 67 in human gliomas, and its relationship with glioma invasion. METHODS Fifty cases of human gliomas with different degrees of malignancy were studied using in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Proliferation indices were calculated by computer based image analysis after immunostaining with the Ki 67 proliferation associated antigen.RESULTS A variable degree of vascular hyalinization and glioma intercellular with enhanced tenascin immunostaining was observed. Expression of tenascin and cell proliferation in gliomas correlated positively with each other and increased with the degree of tumor malignancy. CONCLUSION Expression of tenascin in gliomas may be an important factor which stimulates cell proliferation and angiogenesis and plays an important role in the invasion and development of gliomas. These results suggest that all the above indicators may have referential value in the evaluation of biological behavior of gliomas.
