摘要
食品包装技术与设备是一门广泛联系各学科、综合性强的专业必修课,针对食品包装技术与设备教学过程中出现的学生不重视、教学效果差的问题,提出着重从激发学生兴趣、重视本课程,消除学生畏难思想、增强学生学习信心,优化理论教学内容、整合知识结构,改革教学方法手段、培养学生解决实际问题的能力等方面入手,进行教学方法的初步改革与实践,取得较好的教学效果。
Food packaging technology and equipment is a widely contact and comprehensive strength of professional compulsory course. In the teaching process of the food packaging technology and equipment, according to the problems of the students to pay no attention to the course and the poor teaching effect etc, the teaching methods are reformed and practiced from the following several aspects: arousing students' interest, more attention will he paid to the course; eliminating the thought of fear difficulty, students' confidence in learning will be enhanced; optimization of the teaching contexts, the knowledge structure will be integrated; reforming teaching methods, students' ability to solve practical problem will be enhanced through strengthening the oractice teaching etc. Better teaching effects are got through the above reform.
