X11井螺杆泵强排水工艺技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前螺杆泵在国内主要应用于油井,气水井应用较少,其定子橡胶难以适用于气水井工况。近年来,通过开展川渝螺杆泵排水采气工艺现场试验,优选出了适用于川渝气水物性参数的螺杆泵,并在川渝气田X11井成功应用,该井实施螺杆泵强排水后,成功复产,日均排水量达140m3,日均增产天然气1×104m3,标志着一种新的强排水方式的出现,这将成为川渝气田治水采气新的有效手段之一。 So far in China,screw pump is mainly applied to oil wells whereas very less to gas ones just because its stator rubble is not suit for the latter. But recently,some insitu experiments on water drainage and gas recovery,which screw pump is used,have been implemented for many gas wells in Sichuan-Chongqing area. And a kind of screw pump suitable for these wells is optimized. This technology was applied to X11 well and obtained a success. After a forced drainage,this well restored a production,and its water drainage and incremental gas yield were 140 m 3 /d and 1×10 4 m 3 /d,respectively. This is a new tool for forced drainage and will become an effective one for water drainage and gas recovery in some gasfields of Sichuan-Chongqing area.
