东溪构造浅层大斜度井快速钻井技术研究——以东浅006-1-X2井为例

摘要 东溪构造位于四川盆地川东平行褶皱带南部,其嘉陵江气藏主要分布在嘉五1、嘉四3亚段、嘉三段、嘉二3、嘉二2亚段及嘉一段地层中,是目前低效油气勘探的重点。针对该区块自流井段井漏垮塌频繁、须家河研磨性强、嘉陵江气藏显示活跃、丛式井组井眼轨迹控制难度大等难点,在东浅006-1-X2井应用丛式井组防碰技术、聚合物无固相+优质低固相钻井液、优选钻头类型、滑动钻与复合钻结合等关键技术,全井平均机械钻速为4.38m/h,最大井斜度达58.83°,水平位移为1188.70m,位垂比达到0.8:1,实现了地质目标。 In Dongxi structure located at south of parallel fold belt in eastern Sichuan Basin,the Jialingjiang gas reservoir,which is mainly distributed in T1j 5 1 ,T1j 4 3 ,T1j 3 ,T1j 2 3 ,T1j 2 2 and T1j 1 ,is the focus of low-efficiency oil and gas exploration at present. According to some occurring problems,such as frequent lost circulation and collapse in artesian well,strong abrasiveness in Xujiahe Formation,active gas shows in Jialingjiang Formation,and difficulties of hole trajectory control in cluster wells,some key technologies have been applies to Dongqian 006-1-X2 well,including an-ticollision technique for cluster wells,polymer solid-free and high-quality low-solid drilling fluid,bit optimization,and inte-grating sliding drill with combination drill. After their application,the average penetration rate is 4.38m/h,the maximum deviation angle reaches 58.83o,the horizontal displacement is 1188.70m, and the horizontal-displacement/vertical-depth ratio reaches 0.8: 1. All these indicate that the geologic goal has been realized.
