摘要
管道输送是天然气的主要运输方式,大型输气管道的能耗直接影响着输气成本的高低。通过对输气管道及压气站公式的分析,提出了提高天然气输送压力、降低管道中天然气的温度、提高管道的水力效率、提高压气站效率以及降低管道摩阻损失等天然气节能措施,指明了管道输送节能技术的主要方向。
Pipelines are the main way to transport natural gas. Therefore,energy consumption of large-scale pipelines affects directly transportation costs. Based on analyzing gas pipelines and compressor stations,this paper puts forward some effective measures for energy saving,such as increasing transportation pressure,lowering gas temperature in pipelines,raising hydraulic efficiency,increasing efficiency of compressor station,and decreasing frictional loss. Moreover,the key direction of energy-saving technology for gas pipelines is presented.
