组织内信任与员工投入度关系研究

摘要 本文结合组织内信任与员工投入度关系的实证研究结果,采用定性研究的方法探究组织内信任影响员工投入的原因、影响路径和组织内信任对提升员工投入的作用。以此为基础提出针对性强、实效性高的组织内信任提升建议,以期通过这些建议使组织内信任对员工投入度的正向提升作用最大化。
