摘要 随着风电的迅猛发展,风电场投资主体的多样导致风电场运维模式的不同。在对内蒙古电网并网风电机组及风电场现有运维模式、机型特点及风电设备运维存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出基于风机全寿命管理的集成运维模式,并设计了兼容现有运维模式的风机全寿命管理平台。该管理系统为在基础平台之上开发的面向维修的通用维修管理业务构件,主要包括维修需求管理、维修计划管理、维修监控与确认、维修执行、设备基础数据管理、物料管理,以及维修资料管理和运行管理几大模块。该平台可实现对单个或多个风电场风机设备从风机出厂到报废退出服役的全寿命周期内的远程监控、检修维护管理、设备台账管理。 Rapid development of wind power and diversity of wind farm investor lead to different operation and maintenance patterns. Based on analysis of research data of wind power generating units and wind farms in Inner Mongolia, the integrated operation mode focused on life circle duration was presented. Under the guidance of the theory, a wind turbine life circle management platform was designed, which could mix all the operation and maintenance models and includes repair demand management, repair plan administration, maintenance supervisory control, equipment fundamental data management and material manmagement. The equipment of this software platform could realize the single or multiple wind turbine remote monitoring, operation and maintenance management, equipment information management, by which maintenance cost can be saved and management level can be improved greatly.
