摘要
对内蒙古东部电力公司所属架空输电线路2006—2012年的运行情况及雷害、外力破坏、鸟害、风害等典型故障进行统计、分析,发现跳闸及停运故障主要集中在110 kV、220 kV这两个电压等级,其中雷击与外力破坏是最主要的线路故障原因。对此提出了改造杆塔、降低杆塔接地电阻、安装线路氧化锌避雷器等防雷害措施,以及加强对输电线路沿线居住群众进行电力设施保护宣传、在新建线路中采用具有防盗功能的新材料等防外力破坏措施,进一步加强架空输电线路管理,确保电网安全稳定运行。
Through analyzing overhead transmission line about lightning damage, external damage, bird damage, wind damage and other typical failure statistic in East Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company from year 2006 to 2012, it was found that trip and outages are mainly concentrated in the levels of 110 kV and 220 kV. At the same time, lightning and external damage were found to be the main faults. Therefore, mearsures such as reducing the tower grounding resistance, installing the line MOA surge arrester are proposed. The protection of power facilities publicity is promoted to the masses living along the transmission line, and new material with anti-theft feature and other anti-external damage measures are also used in new lines. And management of overhead transmission lines should be strengthened further to ensure safe and stable of the grid.
