摘要
针对丰镇发电厂3号—6号空冷机组水汽系统的特殊工况以及冷却系统的材质,设计安装了凝结水旁路精处理系统。凝结水精处理系统运行初期,由于机组的频繁启停、凝结水精处理系统运行不稳定、空冷系统冲洗不彻底造成精处理系统负担重和处理效果差,腐蚀、结垢现象严重。经运行优化后,水汽系统各项指标均合格。运行中存在的后置过滤器差压超标、树脂泄漏、投运再生系统腐蚀等问题均得到了有效解决。凝结水精处理系统的投运,保证了机组水汽质量,减少了系统的腐蚀、结垢现象,对提高和改善机组的水汽品质起到了重要作用。
In connection with the special conditions of water vapor system and the material of cooling system of air-cooling units in unit 3 to unit 6 in Fengzhen Power Plant, the condensate polishing system is designed and installed. Due to starting and stop- ping of units frequently, condensate polishing system run unstable early, and weak air-cooling system significantly influences the performance polishing system, finally lead to corrosion and scaling. After operational optimization, the indexes of water vapor system meets related criteria, and the problems including exceeded differential pressure exceeded of rear filter, resin leak and corrosion of regeneration system during operation are solved. Therefore, operation of condensate polishing system plays an important role in ensuring water vapor quality of units and preventing corrosion and scaling behavior.
