300MW机组单床、双床CFB锅炉布置方式及运行调整方式对比 被引量:1

摘要 对内蒙古京泰发电有限责任公司的单床CFB锅炉与神华神东电力萨拉齐发电厂双床CFB锅炉进行比较。2种锅炉在燃烧室布置、给煤系统及排渣系统布置、返料器布置方式上有较大区别。单床CFB锅炉在运行中应做到以下几点:保证高负荷时床温维持在890~920℃,建立良好的锅炉物料内外循环环境,调整好入炉煤粒径及选用煤种应尽可能接近设计值等。双床CFB锅炉除了遵循单床CFB锅炉的调整方式,还需尽量维持两侧燃烧室床温一致、床料高度相同及给煤量、流化风量相同等,否则会出现翻床现象。总体来说,双床CFB锅炉较单床CFB锅炉的燃烧效率高,值得推广应用,但易出现的翻床问题,还有待进一步探讨解决。 The author analyzed circulation fluidized bed boiler in Shenhua Shendong Power Salaqi Power Plant and circulation fluidized bed boiler in Jingtai Power Inner Mongolia Power Plant. Different of combusion chambers, feeding coal system, back feeding coal system in two power plant. Single-circulation fluidized bed boiler operational: keeping temperature between 890 and 920, establish a good internal circulation, adjusting the coal particle size and the coals should be as possible to the design value. Dual-circulation fluidized bed boiler in addition to the above adjustment method also keep two combusion chambers the same temperature and the same temperature material height and the same feeding coal if not turn out overturn beds. Overall, dual-circulation fluidized bed is high efficiency, should be widely applied, but should be addressed the overturn beds problem.
