摘要
目的 :研究大鼠内关穴注射肾上腺素对血流动力学参数和血浆肾上腺素含量的影响。方法 :采用直接插管、微机测取血流动力学指标法以及高效液相色谱法测定血浆肾上腺素含量。结果 :内关穴注射肾上腺素后 ,血压迅速上升 ,反映心肌收缩性能的dp/dt max,Vpm和 Vmax等指标增大 ,药理效应与静脉给药相似 ,而血浆肾上腺素浓度明显低于静脉给药组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :内关穴可能存在接受与传递肾上腺素信息的中介物质和途径。
Objective:The effects of adrenaline injected by neiguan on the hemodynamics and its plasma concentration were studied in this report.Methods:Using microcomputer to gauge the hemodynamics parameter and high performance liquid chromatography to measure the plasma concentration of adrenaline.Results:After injecting adrenaline from Neiguan acupoint,the blood pressures of rats rapidly ascended,meanwhile dp/dt max、Vpm and Vmax,which reflected the myocardial contractive function,significantly increased as are iv group,but the plasma concentrations of adrenaline were markedly lower than that of the iv group.Conclusion:Neiguan acupoint could exist the intermediary matter and way that received and transmitted the message of adrenaline.[
