嵌入新药研发过程的信息服务模式研究

A Study on Information Service Models During the Process of New Drug Research and Development

以中国科学院4个研究所从事新药研发的用户为对象,对新药研发不同阶段的信息需求展开问卷调研和深度访谈,概括出新药研发过程中所需的6项基本服务,包括:检索查新、专题培训、专题报告、信息咨询、信息交流共享平台搭建、信息动态推送。结合学科馆员工作实践,从服务内容、时机、形式、协同机制、评价反馈等服务要素上对这6项基本服务进行设计,提出针对新药研发不同阶段的服务模式并实证其可行性与效果,形成嵌入新药研发过程的信息服务模式。

This paper studies the information service needed by users at different phrases of new drug research and development. Based on the analysis of questionnaire and depth interview results from four Chinese Academy of Sciences institutes, six basic information services are proposed during new drug R＆D process, including science ＆ technology retrieval, information literacy training, subject report, information consultation, building information platforms and sending dynamic information. Combining with working experiences of subject liaison, the key factors of information serviees, such as content, time, form, teamwork mechanism, feedback and evaluation are designed and organized for different phrases of new drug R＆D. Services models for different phrases are put into practice to be demonstrated as feasible and effective, and information service models for the process of new drug R＆D are finally formed.
