摘要
指出用户感知价值(UPV)是体验消费研究的重要内容。首先定义移动知识学习的概念,从移动互联网的关键服务类型入手,研究移动服务中用户知识学习的方式和模型,然后引入UPV理念,从正负向两个维度探讨感知价值对用户知识学习的影响因素,最后总结UPV对培养用户知识学习持续意愿的重要意义。
User pereeived value (UPV) is an important pat of the experience of consumer resem'eh. Tile concept of mobile learning was fil.firstly defined. From the key mobile internet service type, this paper studied the way and the model of user knowledge learning in tile mobile service, then introduced the UPV concept and its influence factors on user learning in the positive and negative dimensions, finally sununed up the significanee of the UPV to foster the willingness of continued learning.
