腰4、5神经根管的分段及应用解剖

THE PRACTICAL ANATOMY AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF L4 AND L5 NERVE ROOT CANCALS

目的 :通过对成人腰骶段标本腰 4、5神经根管形态解剖学的观察 ,探讨腰 4、5神经根管的构成、分段。方法 :将 3 0具成人标本随机分成相等的 3组 :横断标本组、纵剖标本组和后方暴露组 ,从不同的断面观察神经根管的构成。结果 :腰 4、5神经根管由骨性部分和非骨性部分构成 ,在不同的部位其构成不同。在椎间管内神经根只占其相应截面的 1/3～ 1/4,但其有效空间相当小。结论 :( 1)神经根管为一纤维 -骨性管道。 ( 2 )神经根管分为 A、B、C3段 ,各段引起神经根受压的原因不同。

Objective:To understand the constitution and classification of each zone of L4 and L5 nerve root canals.30 adult cadaveric lumbosavcral vertebraes were dissected,the morphological anatomy and observation of those were studied.Methods:Thirty fixed speciments were divided into 3 equal groups randomly:cross sectional group,vertical sectional group and posterior exposed group.From different sections,the constitution of L4 and L5 nerve roots in the canals were observed.Results:The nerve roots canals were formed by bony zone and nonbony zone.In different zones the constitutions were formed by bony zone and nonbony zone,and the constitutions were different.Nerve root only occupied 1/4-1/3 space of the interverbal foramen,but its available space was limited.Conclusions:(1)Nerve root canals were osteofibred canals.(2)Nerve root canals could be calssified into A,B,C zones,the stenosed causes of each zone were different.
