摘要
在高等教育国际化的趋势中,师资国际化已经成为重要的策略选择。对师资国际化的理解与实践也已经从原本的狭义地注重外在师资国际流动和多样化师资结构发展到实质性的层面。但是作为后发型的国家,我国师资国际化的过程中仍存在重外显指标轻内涵发展、效率和业绩取向和缺乏有效机制保障等问题。针对这些问题,我们仍需要在现实中不断进行理性反思,探索多样化的国际化路径与方法,特别要关注国际化师资环境的建构、国际化过程中知识转移的效用和国际化师资内在养成,构建国际化师资的持续培养与支持的体系。
In the trend of internationalization of Higher Education, faculty internationalization has become an important strategy. The understanding and practice of faculty internationalization has developed with the time from external features as staff mobility and diversity of faculty structure to more essential levels, such as in depth teaching and research cooperation, internationalized personnel system, and international training system, etc. However, as a developing country, there are still many problems in faculty internationalization, such as focus on external indicators, efficiency and achievement approach, and lack of supportive working mechanism. All these problems remind us to reflect rationally to explore diversified route and method in internationalization, and should pay special attention to the construct of internationalized working environment, the effect of knowledge transfer, and the internal cultivation of internationalized faculty through continuous training and support system
