泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制和传播机制研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:了解我院泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药机制和传播机制。方法:利用PCR、RFLP分型和测序技术对临床分离的77株泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌进行整合子I、ISCR1和常见碳青霉烯酶基因研究,并利用ERIC-PCR研究其传播机制。结果:77株菌中58株(75%)整合酶I阳性,50株(65%)整合子I阳性;48株(62%)ISCR1阳性,45株(58%)ISCR1携带qnrA1和ampR耐药基因盒;8株检出复杂性整合子I;1株检出NDM-1基因,62株(80%)检出OXA-23-like基因,4株(5%)检出OXA-58-like,OXA-51-like基因100%携带,未检出KPC和OXA-24-like基因。ERIC-PCR聚类分析60%的相似水平上被聚为16个类群。结论:整合子I、ISCR1和OXA类酶在鲍曼不动杆菌介导多重耐药方面有重要作用,ERIC-PCR是进行泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌同源性分析的有效方法。
