血氧水平依赖磁共振成像评价慢性肾脏病氧合水平的研究进展

摘要 20世纪90年代,Ogawa等[1]运用高场磁共振设备首次描述了鼠脑部血氧水平依赖(blood oxygen level dependent,BOLD)MR信号产生的机制。BOLD-MRI随即被广泛地应用于中枢神经功能成像。近年来,由于肾脏皮、髓质血供及氧合特点以及肾髓质缺血在肾功能衰竭中的重要作用,
