苹果果实发育期绿原酸含量分析 被引量:1

摘要 以新疆野生苹果、小凡山八棱海棠、津轻和国庆苹果果实为试材,用反相高效液相色谱法测定幼果期和果实膨大期果皮、果肉绿原酸含量和变化趋势。结果表明,4种苹果幼果期绿原酸含量均高于果实膨大期;在幼果期和果实膨大期,除了国庆,其余3种苹果果肉绿原酸含量均高于果皮;小凡山八棱海棠果肉绿原酸含量达790.73 mg/kg,远高于新疆野生苹果、津轻和国庆。
