摘要
近十年来,快速装车站的引进和吸收,打破了国外的企业对市场的垄断,极大的降低了成本,定量装车站经历了快速的发展和推广。市场上使用的装车站外形基本都是火柴盒式的构造,限制了装车站往更深更广的范围发展。为了满足客户多种需求,论文基于PKPM分析,研究了郭家河汽车快速定量装车站的受力特性,该异形装车站的设计和成功应用,实现了国内首套4道汽车自动装车,取得了较好的经济效益。
During the past ten years, the introduction and assimilation of the quick truck loading stations had broken the market monopoly by the foreign companies and highly reduced the cost the loading station. The quick quantitative truck loading station had experienced with a rapid development and promotion. The configurations of the truck loading station applied in the market are a match box type structure basically and are limited to the deep and widely development scope of the truck loading station in China. In order to meet the different demands of the end - users, base on a PKPM analysis, the paper had a study and design on the stress features of Guojiahe quick quantitative truck loading station. The design and successful application of the special - shaped truck loading station realized a first four line truck automatic loading in China with good economic benefits.
