子宫内膜容受性与子宫内膜异位症相关性不孕 被引量：7

摘要 子宫内膜异位症（EMS）是子宫内膜腺体或间质异位到宫腔之外的部位发生种植和侵润性生长，最常见于腹膜和卵巢。作为一种常见的妇科良性疾病，在伴有盆腔症状或低生育力的育龄妇女中，发病率高达60％，给患者及其家属带来了沉重的生理和心理负担。窗口期是指黄体生成素（LH）高峰后第5—10天，子宫内膜对胚胎的容受性达到最适水平。
